Cancellation Policy
Coaching Sessions
- If you need to cancel a coaching session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within this timeframe will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session or no-shows may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
Programs and Packages
- If you have purchased a multi-session package or program and wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for packages or programs will be handled as outlined below.
Refund Policy
Single sessions
- Refunds for single sessions are not typically provided. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us at (Dr.SumairaKhan@fertility-nest.com) to discuss your concerns.
Multi-Session Packages and Programs
- Refunds for multi-session packages or programs are available under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used, will receive a full refund minus an administrative fees.
- Partial refunds for unused sessions within a package or program may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The refund amount will be prorated based on the number of sessions used and any applicable fees.
Digital Products and Online Courses
- Refunds for digital products and online courses are only available if requested within 24 hours of purchase and only if the product or course has not been accessed or downloaded. If the product or course has been accessed, no refund will be provided.
Special Circumstances
- In certain special circumstances, such as a medical emergency, exceptions to the above policies may be made at our discretion. Please contact us at (Dr.SumairaKhan@fertility-nest.com) to discuss your situation.
